Kiln-dried solid wood baseboards, finger-jointed for warp resistance, finished with premium UV-cured lacquer. Each stick is planed on a 4-sided moulder, sanded to 220-grit, then sealed and lacquered in a controlled UV line. Matching corner blocks in stock.

Installation

Three mounting methods supported:

  1. Clip-rail system — preferred for solid wood; allows the wood to expand/contract seasonally without visible gaps
  2. Finish nails + adhesive — 18-gauge brad nails, countersunk, filled, and finished
  3. Construction adhesive — for clean look on drywall; not recommended for high-humidity areas
