Our Compliance Philosophy

Zelong does not hold abrasive industry certifications in our own name — because we are a trading partner, not a factory. Instead, we require every partner factory to maintain the following certifications, and we keep copies on file:

Our Factory Audit Process

Before a factory becomes a Zelong partner, we conduct:

1. Documentation audit — Business license, export license, ISO/cert certificates, previous export records
2. On-site visit — Production line inspection, QC equipment check, management interview
3. Sample evaluation — Production samples vs specifications, in-house test (speed, balance, side load)
4. Trial order — Small bulk order before full partnership; QC inspection at goods ready stage

We re-audit partner factories annually, or immediately upon any quality incident.

In-line Quality Control

For every bulk order, we conduct (or hire a third-party QC firm to conduct) pre-shipment inspection:

• Visual & dimensional inspection (random sampling per AQL)
• Speed testing (80 m/s, 100 m/s for discs)
• Side load / breakage testing (cutting discs)
• Balance testing
• Lot-traceability verification (raw material → finished goods)

Inspection reports are shared with you before the goods leave the factory. If anything fails, we hold the shipment and demand rework — at the factory’s cost.

Documents Provided With Every Shipment

• Commercial Invoice — from Hubei Zelong
• Packing List — combined across all factories in the order
• Bill of Lading
• Certificate of Origin — Form A / E / F / RCEP per request
• Test Report — per batch, from the producing factory
• ISO / MPA / CE copies — from the producing factory
• Insurance Certificate — for CIF / DDP shipments

Third-Party Inspection

For larger orders (typically significant value), we recommend third-party pre-shipment inspection by:

• SGS
• Bureau Veritas
• TÜV
• Asia Inspection (Asia Sourcing Group)

Inspection cost is borne by the buyer (typically on request (quote-based)). Third-party inspection reports are accepted by all our partner factories for claim purposes.
